BMR Claire de Luna is crystal clear when it comes to her mothering instincts. She is a beautiful, perfect conformation, a doting mother, easy birther, one of the gentlest girls we've seen in our pasture. Her staple length and fleece weight are her strong points coming in at the top 25%!!
The fact that she was already presenting spots plus a black over fawn genetic on her sire's side (Sierra Bonita's Teewinot), makes us feel confident that she can birth an awesome appaloosa when bred to one.

Her sire is Teewinot, multi-blue ribbon winner, and son of PPeruvian Felix who is in the top 1% for %f>30, Top 5% in sf, sdafd and afd, and 10% in staple length and fleece weight. His grandsire PPPeruvian El Moustachio is just as impressive with top 5% in fleece weight and top 10% in staple length.
